Dive into the depths and get spooked at A-Scarium: our Halloween-themed Aquarium After Dark Tour! As the lights dim and possessed shadows dance across the tank, you’ll encounter creatures that haunt the ocean’s darkest depths. Follow the glowing path through haunted skeletons, eerie artifacts and the unearthly inhabitants of our Aquarium. It’s a night where ocean mysteries come alive… Some might even follow you home.
30th October 19:00- 21:00PM.
£8/ Adult. £6/ Child. Under 2’s go free. Ticket includes activity sheet with either a Trick or Treat upon completion.

Bats & Boos: A Halloween Bat Walk
Take a walk on the wild (and winged) side with our Bats & Boos: A Halloween Bat Walk. As the sun sets and night is upon us, join us for an evening stroll through trails where real bats swoop overhead. Armed with bat detectors and hot chocolate (included in the ticket price), we will hopefully cross paths with some creatures of the night, just beware of rustling leaves and distant screeches. Along the way, enjoy eerie tales, creepy critters and maybe even a ghost story or two. It’s an evening of flight and fright.

Get into the spirit (or become one!) with our Spooktacular Halloween Face Painting! Whether you want a cute little pumpkin or to be covered in cobwebs and spiders, we are here all week to turn you into a festive masterpiece. With eerie designs, ghoulish glam, and just the right touch of spooky sparkle, you’ll be ready to haunt the day in style.

Pin the Tentacle on the Octopus
Step right up and test your aim with our spooky twist on a classic game, as you try to reattach the missing tentacle to our mischievous Halloween octopus, Oddi. Costumes encouraged and treats guaranteed for everyone who gives it a try!

Aquarium Trick-or-Treat Hunt
Join us for a creeptacular underwater adventure at our Aquarium Trick-or-Treat Hunt! Dress up in your Halloween costumes and explore the magical deep-sea world as you hunt for some creepy crawlies throughout the aquarium. Meet some of your favorite underwater animals whilst spotting some spooky, unwanted guests.
